Your rights as one of our tenants
When you picked up your keys and became one of our tenants you signed a Tenancy agreement.
The Tenancy agreement states all your rights as a tenant and was approved by cabinet on 12 September 2011 and came into effect for all Lambeth Council tenants on 2 January 2024. It was updated in early 2023 following adoption of Lambeth's Tenancy Policy.
