We hold rent surgeries giving you the opportunity to talk with an Income officer about issues relating to your rent account including:

• problems paying rent
• paying rent arrears
• assistance with Housing Benefit claims
• your rent account balance.

Centre 70 Welfare Reform advice surgery

Thursdays, 10am till 1pm (drop-in), and 2pm till 4.30pm (appointments only)

If you are a tenant affected Welfare Reform you can get independent advice from a Centre 70 Advice Worker about:

• benefit changes including the social sector size criteria, overall benefit cap and Personal Independence Payments
• welfare benefit entitlement
• debt counselling, and
• money management.
