Advice and benefits support

Lambeth Council runs a Welfare Benefit and Support Service and there are a range of other organisations that can assist in providing you with independent financial advice including Citizen’s Advice Bureau and the Department of Works and Pensions.

Every pound counts

You may also be entitled to a free benefits check and advice through Lambeth Council ‘Every Pound Counts’ campaign, to ensure you claim your full benefits entitlement. You could be entitled to more money than you are claiming.

Lambeth Mutual Credit Union

Don’t forget, Lambeth also has a credit union which is a financial co-operative offering secure savings and low-cost loans to anyone who lives or works in the London Borough of Lambeth.

If you would like more information about Lambeth Credit Union contact 020 3256 0000 or visit their website.
