About us

We are a not-for-profit, arm's length management organisation (ALMO).

We manage nearly 29,000 tenants' and leaseholders' homes on behalf of Lambeth Council.

We provide:

• housing and estate management 
• rent collection and arrears management
• repairs and maintenance 
• planned repairs and major works
• leasehold management, and
• ways for residents to get involved.

Our vision

Over the next five years we will work with the Council in its goal of a socially just
borough which is caring, aspirational, safe and secure.

Our biggest contribution (and where we will be the biggest contributor) is making
sure that our homes are of a good standard and our estates are places that people
want to live. This is an ambitious plan which aims to realise the following vision by
2017:

• Our residents will have one of the best housing management services in London
• Our residents will see the benefits of a massive investment programme in our housing stock to meet the Lambeth Housing Standard
• Our residents will express higher levels of satisfaction with their housing services
• We will be valued and trusted by residents
• We will be seen as a good place to work by its staff.
