Welcome to Lambeth Living
We manage approximately 34,000 tenants' and leaseholders'
properties on behalf of Lambeth Council and currently are London's
largest arms length management organisation (ALMO). We
are a not-for-profit company, owned by the London Borough of
Lambeth, which launched on 30 June 2008.
We recently conducted our largest ever consultation on
plans to improve services, provide value for money and improve
customer service. As a result of your views, new estate officers
have been introduced and a key feature of the plans - joining
customer services and repairs teams together to improve services -
has been implemented.
Our new structure aims to improve the repairs service, provide
key services locally, speed up the turn around of empty properties,
improve services to leaseholders, provide better contracts,
including quality repairs, and reduce the use of temporary staff
and consultants.

into effect for all Lambeth Council tenants on 2 January 2012.
