Lambeth Living is committed to improving the stock we manage on behalf of the Lambeth Council, getting to know it better and also improving our customers' satisfaction.

Improving homes includes making sure that your home meets the government's Decent Home Standard, meaning it is warm, weatherproof and has got reasonably modern kitchen and bathroom facilities.

To improve your home and deliver the decent standard, we produce an investment plan for planned maintenance and major works, called the 'Decent Homes Investment Plan' (formerly known as the 'Road Map').
