Your services

Lambeth Living provides you with a range of housing services.

Free fire risk check for council homes

Council tenants can benefit from a free fire risk check for their homes as part of a new initiative by Lambeth Council, the London Fire Brigade, British Gas and SeaFlame. These checks will identify any potential risks and how they can be overcome. The three year project will mean that all council-owned properties in the borough are fitted with free smoke alarms.

If you are a Lambeth Living tenant and you would like to find out more about this scheme, contact Lambeth Living's Gas Servicing team on 020 7926 2078 or email gasservicing@lambethliving.org.uk.

Recycling on your housing estate

It's easy to recycle if you live on a housing estate by using the green recycling bins. These are usually located where you put your household rubbish.

Communal services and repairs

We are responsible for repairs to communal areas of your housing estate including stairs, door entry systems, communal lighting, landings, communal windows, courtyards and sheds.

Getting involved

We want to make it as easy as possible for residents in Lambeth Living housing to influence decisions that affect the housing service that they receive, both together and as individuals.

Transfer incentive scheme

We encourage and assist tenants living in properties with two or more bedrooms who are under-occupying the property to move to smaller homes that meet their needs.
